Exchange Policy

At our discretion, Emeralds International is happy to offer a lifetime 100% even or greater credit exchange on merchandise previously purchased from us on items that qualify and are “in stock” items. The original unaltered jewelry must be returned intact and undamaged.

Items that do not qualify for exchanges (unless defective) are:

Gold chains and gold mountings

Discontinued or  clearance merchandise

Designs by Slack

Custom orders

Diamond jewelry and loose diamonds

Was a special, one-time promotional sales item

Any item that has been altered by a third party, e.g., a ring that was sized by someone other than Emeralds International, Llc. after the purchase

Returns & Refunds

For all website purchases our jewelry comes with a “no questions asked” 3-day money back 100% refund policy. This will allow enough time to inspect the item and wear it for a few days to decide if it’s the right fit! This policy only applies to website purchases not in-store purchases.

If for whatever reason you aren’t happy with the purchase simply contact one of our sales professionals within the 3 day period for a return shipping label which will be e-mailed to you. You can then package your item, including the original jewelry container and sales receipt and return it in a secure shipping box. Any items returned that are damaged or altered will not be eligible for a refund and will be shipped back to you.

PLEASE MAKE SURE YOU CONTACT US WITHIN 3 DAYS OF RECEIVING YOUR PURCHASE IF YOU ARE RETURNING THE ITEM!

Once the item is received and inspected we will process the refund back via the same payment method that was used to purchase the item (unless approved arrangements are made with management prior to returning the item) within 30 days.
