The Emerald Team assisted me today in a slight emergent situation with my wedding ring. Short story- my ring finger had swelled and I couldn’t get my wedding ring... read more off. The swelling had gotten worse over a 24-hour period. I tried all the usual ways of attempting to get a ring off which obviously were unsuccessful. I called Emeralds when they opened today and asked if they could cut off my ring.
