We ship all of our local packages insured through the United States Post Office, FEDEX or UPS. International shipping carriers may vary depending on the destination and are insured for the full amount. All international orders are paid for via wire transfer, please call for details.  In stock items purchased during normal business hours will generally be shipped out the same day unless there is any type of modification needed such as a ring sizing, which might result in the package being shipped the next day depending on the time the order comes through. All other packages will ship under the time frame specified in the order give or take a day or two. Often items marked for shipment in 2 to 3 weeks can take as little as 1 week as well and rarely go past the 3 week time frame. Any unexpected delays will result in communication either via e-mail or by phone to notify you of the progress of your order. Please remember that in this world certain unexpected events do happen and we will do our best to make sure that your transaction goes smoothly and that you are 100% satisfied if anything should happen to a package in the shipment process. Once the package is picked up by the shipping agency it is no longer in our control but know that we will work with the shipping company to track and ensure safe delivery of your merchandise. If a package is lost or stolen en route to you, it is covered under an insurance policy for the amount of the purchase price, and a claim will need to be filed. Fortunately our shipping carriers have had a five star track record with us and we can say we have only experienced a few late deliveries over the 30 plus years we have been shipping from the Florida Keys with no losses yet.
