Repair Policy
Your precious items are safe and secure while on our premises with state of the art security and covered under our jewelers insurance block all the way from the time they are received to being delivered to your door. Our expert repair service utilizes laser technology in addition to standard torch methods can take care of all your jewelry repair needs whether it’s a stone replacement, re-tipping prongs, resizing rings, changing earring systems or clasps, shortening bracelets and many more. We can facilitate the repair in a timely and safe manner and will not perform any repair without your approval and consent. Our standard repair policy on warranty items will require our jeweler to examine the item first in order to determine if it qualifies under any warranty. If not, we will give an estimate first and once approved will work to complete the repair in a timely fashion and are happy to work with our clients who may have an upcoming event and need the repair completed for a set date if possible.
